Pizza Bagels

If you are a pizza lover like us, you are sure to love eating pizza bagels for breakfast! This is kind of like an adult take on the mini pizzas your parents gave you as a kid when you refused to eat anything else. This pizza bagel recipe is quick and easy to make any day of the week. ½ Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Pizza Seasoning

1 everything bagel

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup shredded mozzarella or plant-based/vegan cheese

2 Tbsp. marinara sauce


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the bagels on an oven-safe pan.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce on both halves of the bagel, followed by the baby spinach, followed by the cheese, and then sprinkle the Journey Spice Co. Organic Pizza Seasoning on top.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy once you let it cool for a few minutes.
