Roasted Asparagus Recipe
This savory side dish goes great with fish, chicken, and hearty pasta main dishes. The parmesan cheese is optional and is still delicious without it.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Greek Citrus Rub
2 bunches of asparagus spears, ends trimmed
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
1½ Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Heat your oven to 425°F.
- Place the asparagus in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the asparagus in the extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese, and Journey Spice Co. Organic Greek Citrus Rub and coat the asparagus evenly in this mixture.
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
