Savory & Easy Pumpkin Hummus

This mouthwatering savory & easy pumpkin hummus only takes about 10 minutes to make. Although Halloween got us in the mood to make pumpkin-themed recipes, this pumpkin hummus is delicious to eat whenever you want!

1 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Moroccan Spice Rub

1 cup pumpkin puree

15 oz. can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained

Juice squeezed from 1 lemon

2 Tbsp. water

1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Eat it with crackers, pita bread, veggies, or anything else you enjoy.
