Moroccan-Spiced Cucumbers
These Moroccan-spiced Cucumbers are a delicious, healthy, and easy snack to make. This recipe features our Organic Moroccan Spice Rub.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Moroccan Spice Rub (more or less depending on your preference).
1 large cucumber, sliced
8 oz. plain hummus
1/4 cup raisins
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in quarters (enough to place one quarter tomato piece on each cucumber slice).
Directions:
- Slice the cucumbers and arrange them on a plate.
- Spoon a dollop of hummus on each cucumber slice.
- Liberally sprinkle the Journey Spice Co. Moroccan Spice Rub on each cucumber slice.
- Evenly disperse the raisins on each cucumber slice.
- Add a quartered cherry tomato slice to each cucumber slice.
