
Moroccan Chicken Wings
These Moroccan Chicken Wings are perfect for game day, movie nights, or whenever! They make an exciting alternative to traditional BBQ wings!
Prep Time: 10 minutes (+ extra time if you want to marinate the chicken)
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Moroccan Spice Rub (more or less depending on preference).
1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
Juice from lemon
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil spray
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
Optional: Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together the Journey Spice Co. Organic Moroccan Spice Rub, juice from a lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and honey in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and fully coat each chicken wing in the mixture.
- Place the chicken wings in your refrigerator if you are marinating them. This is optional, and some people prefer to marinate meat for a few hours or overnight to enhance the flavor.
- Spray an oven-safe pan with extra virgin olive oil spray and place the chicken wings on the pan.
- Bake the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes (until there is no obvious blood). Cooking time will vary depending on how thawed the chicken is.
