Greek Salad

This refreshing and healthy Greek Salad is so easy to make and is ready to eat in 10 minutes or less. It features our Organic Mediterranean Herb Blend, cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese. It is delicious as a side dish or as an addition to homemade gyros and more.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Mediterranean Herb Blend (more or less if preferred)

2 cucumbers, chopped

2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

9 oz. feta cheese, sliced into small cubes

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

juice from 1 lemon

Optional: Pinch of salt, Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined.
