Easy Greek-Style Vegan Quiche

This Easy Greek-Style Vegan Quiche is delicious for breakfast, brunch, and even lunch and dinner if you feel like it! Although quiche is traditionally from French cuisine, many variations of quiche recipes are now eaten across the globe, including Greece. We include traditional ingredients that are popular in Greece like cherry tomatoes, spinach, and cremini mushrooms in this recipe. Our Journey Spice Co. Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic KC Bar-B-Que Seasoning (more or less depending on preference).

1 head of cauliflower

Juice from 1/2 lemon

Extra virgin olive oil spray

Optional: Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil and spray it with extra virgin olive oil spray.
  3. Wash the cauliflower head, remove the outer leaves, and remove the bottom core.
  4. Slice the florets apart and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  5. Spray the florets with extra virgin olive oil, evenly sprinkle with lemon juice, and evenly sprinkle half of the Journey Spice Co. Organic KC Bar-B-Que Seasoning over the florets.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Pull the cauliflower out of the oven and flip each floret over. Sprinkle the remaining Journey Spice Co. Organic KC Bar-B-Que Seasoning over each floret.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or any other dipping sauces you like.
