
Baked Za’atar Pita Chips
These Baked Za’atar Pita Chips are so easy to make and require only a few ingredients, including our Organic Za’atar.
Prep Time: About 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp. Journey Spice Co. Organic Za’atar
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 pita flatbreads
Optional: 1-2 pinches of salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Gently cut the pita open along the edge to create two rounds. Repeat with the second pita.
- Combine the Organic Za’atar and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Evenly spread the mixture on the pitas.
- Cut the pitas like you would pizza with a pizza cutter.
- Spread the pita pieces on a cookie sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden and crunchy.
- Serve with hummus, yogurt dips, or other favorite dips.
